Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Data Analyst to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing and sales to leverage data to optimize business performance. You will be instrumental in gathering, processing, and analyzing critical customer data, identifying trends, and producing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Your analyses will be critical in understanding customer behaviour, optimizing the sales funnel, and driving revenue growth across our European markets. If you’re passionate about data, curious about consumer patterns, and eager to impact a startup environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and process data from META, Google Analytics, and HubSpot CRM to support sales strategies.
• Conducted deep statistical analysis and provided actionable reports to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify critical opportunities for revenue growth through data-driven insights.
• Analyze the impact of marketing activities on sales performance and provide recommendations to optimize conversion rates.
• Help optimize the sales funnel by analyzing performance across different stages, using cohort dynamics to provide insights.
• Assist in data cleaning, visualization, and dashboard creation to present findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Identify trends, forecast potential outcomes, and generate regular reports to support business decision-making.
