We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join our fast-paced startup. The Growth Specialist will develop and execute Marketing and Sales strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding and growing business and a robust analytical skillset. We are looking for a profile that will combine strategic business vision with the ability to roll up his or her sleeves to demonstrate the first steps of flawless execution.
The role will be reporting directly to one of the startup co-founders.
Responsibilities:
Business Strategy
- Become a vital part of a 3x year-over-year growth through constant iteration.
- Optimization of the existing strategy and developing new campaigns to drive growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Reduce lead time and increase conversion within our homeowner's target
- Achieve recurrency in our professional target (architects, designers)
Analytical Insights
- Monitor and analyze user behaviour to identify areas of improvement.
- Analyze user data to identify trends and insights.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Process Innovation
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Engineering teams to develop and optimise new features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- 2+ years of experience in Consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient use of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Curiosity and interest in new business and entrepreneurial growth
- Capacity for hard work and prioritising tasks, and managing time efficiently.
