Responsibilities
As Head of Data & Growth, you will report directly to the CMO and Co-Founder. Your mission is to build and lead our data infrastructure and growth strategy, driving performance and scaling CUBRO’s operations across Europe.
1. Data & Analytics
- Upgrade CUBRO’s data infrastructure for scalability and usability, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Define and track key performance metrics: lead acquisition, landing page performance, and nurturing strategy outcomes.
- Develop dashboards and automated reports to improve lead-to-quote conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
2. Growth Strategy
- Design and implement campaigns to increase lead volume and quality while optimizing CAC.
- Experiment with landing pages, forms, and workflows to improve funnel performance.
- Create go-to-market strategies to achieve CUBRO’s goal of shifting from a 50-50 revenue split (Spain vs. Europe) to 20-80 within three years.
3. Collaboration & Team Building
- Build and lead a Data & Growth team, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align lead quality, integrate feedback, and refine handoff processes.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies and the Sales Operations team to optimize campaigns and data integration.
