Job Description

We seek a motivated and dynamic Jr Account Manager to expand our team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow relationships with our clients in the DACH market, including architects and designers. Fluency in German and Spanish is required, as you will be the primary contact for our German-speaking customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the DACH region, especially with architects and designers.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions that match CUBRO's range of products.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the sales process.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
• Ensure clients are informed about new products and services, focusing on exceptional after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Mandatory fluency in German and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. Experience with furniture or interior design industries is highly valued.
