Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with our design, sales, and logistics teams to offer tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
You will join our sales team as a crucial member for the development of our business in the German market. As our brand continues to gain recognition across Europe, we seek proactive, tenacious, and motivated individuals to drive sales and achieve our ambitious growth objectives in Germany.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on CUBRO’s products and solutions, ensuring a high-quality service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and pricing discussions with clients.
- Utilise excellent sales skills and understanding of customer needs to negotiate and confirm client orders.
- Work daily towards achieving clearly defined targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, providing assistance, and connecting with them to offer practical guidance and support.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in furniture, interior design, or related industries).
- Understanding of the German market
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (Spanish is a plus).
